Since 1947, in order to be a hegemon in the Indian subcontinent against its partition agreement, India illegally occupied Junagarh, Manawader, Hyderabad (Deccan), and inherited Sikh state Punjab Khalistan. It did not stop there, it bribed, and give arms to Mukti Bahini and other Nationalists in former East Pakistan and dismembered it in 1971 from the rest of Pakistan. It is a known fact that Christians, Sikhs, and Muslims in the jurisdiction of India are unsafe. In addition to the above states, India illegally occupied 42000 square miles of the state of Jammu Kashmir also known as Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir (Indian occupied Jammu Kashmir) on October 27, 1947. In order to maintain supremacy and occupation the Hindu extremists are continuously butchering the innocent Muslims in occupied territory.

A petition discussed and handed over to Honourable member parliament Salma Zahid in respect of the genocide committed by Indian soldiers in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir for onward debate in Canadian parliament by the Chairman Jammu  Kashmir Diaspora alliance Habib Yousafzai, Rabia Ahsen Social Activist, Columnist (Pakistan Times), and Umbreen Akhtar the director Canadian academy. In the recent wave of peaceful protests in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir more than a thousand innocent have been blinded by pellet guns and more than 10,000 have been injured. As of this day, Indian soldiers have butchered more than 200,000 innocent Muslims in the occupied territory which is a lawful part of Pakistan for simple reasons; (i) the areas are more contiguous to Pakistan than India, (ii) the state has an overwhelming majority of Muslims, (iii) the inhabitants have already given their verdict to be a part of Pakistan on July 19, 1947 under the banner of Muslim Conference, (iv) the people in Pakistan and Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir are related by blood.  Regards,

All states of Jammu and Kashmir are rightfully part of Pakistan; however, India has illegally occupied 42,000 square miles and enslaving its 9 million inhabitants who are bonafide citizens of Pakistan. A revered sister Dukhtaran-E-Millat Chief Asiya Andrabi reiterated that “Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir is part of Pakistan” .https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=2076146479190941. India gave up forever to China the 72,000 square miles of Kashmir and I am ready to give up 10,000 square miles of Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir to India for peace. Based on the two nation theory, the Hindu majority area of Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir out of the 42,000 square miles under occupation of Indian can remain with India. Meanwhile, the remaining area must be given back to Pakistan sooner than later. Pakistan has no choice but to liberate all of the 42,000 if no peace settlement can be reached with India.

The inhabitants of Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir are related to the people of Pakistan by blood. From 1947 to the present day, anytime Pakistan has attempted to liberate all 42,000 square miles, India has been able to successfully bribe a few Kashmiri inhabitant to advocate for an independent Kashmir. A great example is Sheikh Abdullah also known as Mir Abdullah of Kashmir (a term synonyms to Mir Jaffar and Mir Sadiq). Although the distance between India and Afghanistan is approximately 300 miles they are still able to manipulate Afghanistan into attacking Pakistan. God forbid, even if Maqbooza Kashmir became a sovereign state, either way it will still share a border with India and undoubtedly will use it as a proxy. Regardless, if Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir becomes a sovereign state, India has already accomplished its goal as it has already occupied Manawader, Junagar, Hyderabad (Deccan), and even the Sikh State Khalistan and dismembered half of Pakistan in 1971 to solidify its hegemony. Instead of taking the risk of war, India is funding terrorist organizations to attack innocents and so called nationalist (a term alien to Islam). Due to this enemy propaganda, many are falling to the false ideology that the Muslims are made up of different nations unlike God’s order. Regards,

The Jammu Kashmir Diaspora Alliance has a primary goal to highlight the human right violations whether they occur in Canada or anywhere in the world. India is committing genocide in Indian occupied Jammu Kashmir (also known as Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir) to suppress their voice for freedom as it is a territory which is the rightful part of Pakistan. Another aim of the Jammu Kashmir Diaspora Alliance is also to free Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir from India, and subsequently, have it merge with Pakistan. 

India is occupying three of Pakistan`s lawful states; Manawader, Junagarah, and Hyderabad (Deccan). To increase its material power and maintain its hegemony in the sub-continent, it conspired and dismembered East Pakistan (presently know as Bangladesh).  It is also illegally occupying Sikh inherited homeland Punjab Khalistan (also known as Maqbooaz Punjab Khalistan) by labelling them as Hindus despite of the fact they are protesting since August 15,1947 that they want their own independent state where they can practice their religion freely. As of this day Indian soldiers have killed more than 270,000 Sikhs in Maqbooza Punjab Khalistan, and more than 200,000 Muslims in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir. Not a single day goes by when human rights are not being violated in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir.

Although the protest in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir is indigenous in nature, India is always putting false blame that Pakistan is sending Jihadist to fight there. When Pakistan has to be blamed anyway, it must not shy away and help the suppressed Muslims in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir with all necessary weapons as India armed Mukti Bahini to dismember East Pakistan in 1971.Moreover, the nation of Pakistan must not be scared from the India`s bigger size by area or population. In the current technological age size of the country and bigger population means nothing. We have a live example of Israel as it is occupying Masjid Aqsa and Baitul Maqdis the first Qiblah for Muslims and while the Muslims own half of the world, and about one third population of the world. Pakistan must not be scared from India. It must secure the liberated areas such as Ghazi Kashmir by giving it status of sixth province in its constitution and send a fresh warning in writing to India to hand over occupied territories. If India fails to comply with, Pakistan must take the Maqbooza Jamu Kashmir back by force as Russia took back Crimea after more than sixty years if all peaceful means are exhausted.  Kindly read the following news item from Greater Kashmir dated December 12, 2016. “Pak responds to friendship offers with attacks: Rajnath”.
