MR SHABIR CHOUDHRY A RESIDENT OF AZAD KASHMIR (PRESENTLY LIVING IN LONDON UK) IS AGAINST CPEC, AND WANTS TO DISMEMBER PAKISTAN AGAIN: HABIB YOUSAFZAI,
THE CHAIRMAN KASHMIR DIASPORA ALLIANCE

ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM!

Mr Shabir Choudhry Sahib please note that the state of Jammu and Kashmir is a lawful part of Pakistan as such Azad Kashmir is the sixth province of Pakistan. The patriotic people of Pakistan have every right to criticize every project. Since you are a traitor you have no right to speak a word about sacred Pakistan. You and your briber India will be unsuccessful in trying to dismember Pakistan again. It is strongly recommended to the nation of Pakistan that it must abolish both posts of Prime Minster and President and replace them with Chief Minister and Governor respectively in Azad Kashmir. Rayees Kachroo (Shaheed) Hizbul Mujahideen commander of Bellov village in Maqbooza Kashmir advised that he must be buried draped in the Pakistani Flag after his martyrdom. I assure the nation of Pakistan, as soon as Maqbooza JK is liberated from Indian slavery, it will join with Pakistan as seventh province. Regards,

RESPECTED GULZAR SUDOZAI (COLONEL RETIRED) A RESIDENT OF AZAD KASHMIR ASSERTS THAT AZAD KASHMIR MUST BE GRANTED PROVINCIAL STATUS IMMEDIATELY AS A SIXTH PROVINCE OF PAKISTAN: HABIB YOUSAFZAI THE CHAIRMAN JAMMU KASHMIR DIASPORA ALLIANCE

ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM!

Jammu and Kashmir, particularly AJK and GB were made part of Pakistan in 1947, when people of the former J and K state of British India, revolted against the then ruler and took up arms against the then ruler and subsequently against the Indian Invading forces. However due to political expediency and on the premise that the State will be put through a plebiscite, the integration process was put into abeyance.
Now that a period of 70 years has passed and plebiscite is a remote possibility, it is imperative that the liberated areas are legally and constitutionally integrated into Pakistan and the liberated areas are given equal rights and privileges. Delaying tactics on different excuses and deprivation of full citizenship rights/ non representation in decision making process is gradually alienating a segment of deprived youth. So, a process of political, constitutional and administrative integration must be set into motion before it is too late.
