The people of Hindu faith and other non-Muslims living in Maqbooza Kashmir make up about 35 percent of the population. In particular the Hindus want to stay with India at all cost. Only the Muslims are for independence or for Pakistan. On the negotiating table, division of Maqbooza Kashmir is the only solution. The Muslim majority area will go to Pakistan and the Hindu majority will stay with India. What is required from the government of Pakistan is that it must give provincial status to Azad Kashmir and keep pursuing India to give back Maqbooza Kashmir to Pakistan. As per the two nation theory and in the light of Muslim conference decision of July 1947 the whole state of Kashmir is a rightful part of Pakistan. It will be a matter of shame if Pakistan loses Azad Kashmir after the four big wars it fought with India and lost half the country.

No minority is safe in India. As of this day more than 280,000 Sikhs and more than 200,000 Muslims in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir have been butchered. Women are being dishonoured by Indian soldiers. India has got away with the occupation of Manawader, Junagaradh, Hyderabad (Deccan), and now trying to take over 42,000 square miles of the state of Jammu Kashmir (also known as Maqbooza Kashmir).

India has merged the Sikhs inherited Homeland (Khalistan) with India against their will, and dismembered half of Pakistan in 1971 to increase its material power and to be a hegemonic force in the sub-continent. Not a single day goes by when the human rights of the people have been violated in occupied territory.

India is unlawfully detaining Sister Asia Andrabi, Fehmeeda Soofi, Massarat Alam and many more to suppress their voice for freedom. The leader of entire Muslim Umma and liberation of Maqbooza Kashmir Quaid-Enqalab Syed Ali Geelani has been detained in the house and he cannot move out of his house to perform his necessary Friday Prayers. Moreover, how can the nation of Pakistan sleep peacefully while the Indian soldiers within that region are forcing the Muslims to abandon their religion and convert to Hinduism. India needs to come to the negotiating table. The people living in Maqbooza Kashmir are rightful citizens of Pakistan, and it has lawful duty to protect them. Pakistan has no choice but to take back Maqbooza Kashmir by force if all peaceful means are exhausted. Regards,

AJk and under Development. AJk is just less than 60 kilometers from Islamabad. Rawalpindi has longest border with Ajk. Three main arteries into AJk emanate from Rawalpindi. The other two main arteries enter from Jhelum and Mansehra.

Rawalpindi has one of best road system in Pakistan after Lahore, less the areas linking AJK. The roads beyond Kahuta are really pathetic. Tehsil Murree and Kahuta have similar landscape as that of Poonchh, but there is vast difference in roads network and quality. If Murree can have best roads, so can AJk have.The AJk people due to primitive communications, lack of quality schools and quality health services, are shifting to Punjab at rapid speed.

The Ajk government itself is mostly seen in Islamabad. The government officers have Prados but roads are terrible. This is high time that a serious development initiative is taken to bring AJk at par with adjacent districts of Punjab. As AJk has no representation in the National Assembly and the Senate so, we have no voice here. AJk has a President and a PM. This looks ridiculous. The president and the PM are under Ministry of Kashmir Affairs. We must remove this analogy and re designates AJK president as Governor and Pm as CM. We must also legally incorporate AJK into Pakistan and give representation in the Shoora. The deprivations of last 70 years are affecting the psyche of masses and this anomaly must be removed.

I am extremely grieved to hear about the death of Sir Zulfiqar Ali Khan Sahib. He was highly knowledgeable, brave, and a true Pakistani and Muslim.

He was a resident of the village of Saneh in Azad Kashmir Province of Pakistan and was presently living in Gloucester, UK. It is unfortunate that I could not see him personally.  However, sometimes we used to discuss on the telephone as how to liberate Maqbooza Kashmir from Indian occupation. He is one of the best human beings I have ever had the privilege of knowing, and moreover, he was very passionate in the cause of Islam. He would not bear one bad word about the religion. I can only imagine the stature of his mother who brought him into this world, May Allah Bless her.

May Allah (SWT) give his soul a high place in heaven and patience to his family. My heartiest condolence to his family, and, in particular, to his brother Amjed Rasul Sahib. Regards,

I completely endorse the stand of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi (THE MARD-E-MUJAHID), that Maqbooza Kashmir cannot be made an independent country. Since India got its freedom on the platter from the British, it has been her sinister design that the lawful territories of Pakistan either merge them with India or make them independent countries. The whole state of Jammu Kashmir is a rightful part of Pakistan for two reasons; (i) Based upon the two-nation theory, Jammu Kashmir is a Muslim majority area as such it is a part of Pakistan, (ii) as per resolution of Muslim Conference wherein overwhelming majorly decided to join with Pakistan on July 19, 1947. It is necessary to mention here that my beloved father (May Almighty God raise his stature exponentially in the hereafter), was also part of the decision.

However, what happened instead was that on the pretext to maintain law and order, the Indian government deployed its soldiers to illegally occupy 42,000 square miles of the state of Jammu Kashmir also known as Maqbooza Kashmir. Seven decades later, the territory is still illegally occupied.

India has also occupied Pakistan’s lawful states such as Manawader and Junagardh. The Indian government did not stop there, in fact they went on to occupy the Sikh’s inherited state of Khalistan. The strategy they used was that they labelled the Sikhs as Hindus and merged their state with Indian union without their wishes.

Furthermore, it has also occupied Hyderabad (Deccan) to increase its material power, which decided to stay independent. In order to maintain its position as a hegemon of the subcontinent, it went ahead and dismembered the eastern region of Pakistan in 1971. As far as Azad Kashmir Province of Pakistan is concerned, it was liberated by us from Indian forces and is now the sixth province of Pakistan. There is no action required on the liberated areas as the whole state of Jammu Kashmir was always a lawful part of Pakistan to begin with. India and its collaborators living in Azad Kashmir Province must understand that we cannot create countries based upon the principle of regionalism.

Instead of giving freedom to Maqbooza Kashmir (which is a lawful part of Pakistan), India should instead give it to Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Assam, Hyderabad (Deccan), Khalistan, Manipur etc. India must give back the territory of Maqbooza Kashmir and its people (who are bonafide citizens of Pakistan). Regards,

Press Release: July 30, 2017 Toronto, Canada

Kashmir Committee encompassing Asaf Raja, Habib Yousafzai, Sobia Imran, Imran Noor Aziz Chudhry, Idrees Khan, Mushtaq Anjum, Dr Azrab Khan, Rafiq Khawaja, are arranging a protest on August 20th, 2017, in front of Nathan Phillips Square which is on 100 Queen Street West. Toronto, Ontario M5H 2N1, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The protest is against the genocide Indian soldiers are committing on minorities such as Christians, Muslims, and Sikhs since 1947. In order to hoodwink the international community, the Consultant General of India is celebrating its independence day on the above mentioned location. The purpose of this celebration by India is to first off, to rationalize to the world everything is booming in India and secondly, to celebrate the killing of minorities.

It is worth questioning, is there anything to celebrate when no minority is safe in India. All the freedom leadership in Maqbooza Kashmir has been detained. Our reputable freedom leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani has not been able to attend his compulsory Friday prayer for many months as he has been put under house arrest. Syeda Asia Andrabi the Chairman of Duktran-E-Millat has been imprisoned in Jammu far away from her home in Srinagar. She is sick and still has not being given medical attention. Her secretary Fehmeeda Soofi, a young woman, has also been detained. Dr Ashiq Hussain Factoo the husband of Asia Andrabi is languishing illegally in jail for more than 25 years. Musarat Alam, whenever he comes out of Jail from one charge, is detained again for a new accusation. He is also in Indian detention for a long time. Shabir Ahmed Shah and Yasin Malik have also been arrested.  There only fault is that they believe that the occupied territory of Kashmir is a lawful part of Pakistan and it should accede to it. Girls who are protesting peacefully against India’s illegal occupation have become a target of pellet guns and more than a 1000 women have become blind.

Sardar Balkar Singh Heir said they are part of the protest and suggests that, “China and Pakistan must co-ordinate and liberate at the least ten states including his country from Indian occupation”. Sardar Sukhminder Singh Hansra President, Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar Canada asserts that the Sikhs will also participate in this protest to denounce the illegitimate independence of India. Their inherited homeland Punjab, Khalistan has been illegally merged with India against their wishes. As of this date, more than 280,000 Sikhs and more than 200,000 Muslims in Maqbooza Kashmir have been mercilessly killed by the Indian forces. Not a single day goes by when Muslims are being butchered for the suspicion of eating beef or keeping it in their homes. The people are being forced to drink cow urine by the extremist Hindus because the cow and its urine are sacred for them.

Indian soldiers have martyred another freedom fighter Firdaus Ahmad Shaheed in Maqbooza Kashmir.  We humbly request all to please join us in the peaceful protest on August 20, 2017. Silence in the face of oppression is another form of siding with the oppressor. All it takes for evil to exist in the world is good people to sit around and do nothing. Let us take this opportunity to stand united and protest peacefully against this oppression.
