ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM!

It is a known fact that India is illegally occupying 42,000 square miles and enslaving the inhabitants of Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir despite the fact that Pakistan is the rightful owner of the areas and people. The Provincial Assembly Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir (Indian occupied Jammu Kashmir), the elected members with the overwhelming majority has several times endorsed the Indian claim that not only  that Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir is an integral part of India, but it is India’s duty to take back by force the areas such as Gilgit, Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir from Pakistan. There is a misconception floating around that since India could not take back the areas which are with Pakistan, so those areas are safe from an Indian attack. They are not safe. All Indian leadership is laying claim to it and backing it through its constitution. On the contrary, Pakistan is keeping Azad Kashmir a separate entity. Let me affirm that it is harmful to keep Azad Kashmir a separate entity. It is creating a sense of deprivation in the minds of the people of Azad Kashmir. Some are still playing in the hands of Indian agencies by claiming that they are not Pakistanis. Being a resident of Srinagar I am trying to save the future of my people living under Indian slavery in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir. The areas and the people who migrated and were liberated in 1947 are now bona fide citizens of Pakistan.  Why must we include the already liberated areas and people in the dispute? Is India including the people of Manawader, Junagarah, and Hyderabad (Deccan) in the negotiations? We the Muslim Kashmiris and Pakistan must talk about the remaining areas which are under Indian occupation. I have mentioned the Muslims for the reasons that Kashmiri Hindus or the people of Hindu faith living in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir are loyal to India. I strongly suggest that Pakistan must secure the liberated areas in its constitution as quickly as possible. It will be disastrous to create countries on the basis of regionalism, tribe or language. We must read the writing on the wall and must accept the challenge put forth by India and take it seriously. Pakistan including all liberated areas is the gift of Allah (SWT) rewarded for the sacrifices of the Muslims of whole sub-continent. But our job is not complete till the Muslims of Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir are liberated from Indian slavery. Regards,
